Depends what you order. You can go to McDo and get a chicken salad, those are good. Same with Wendy’s, Burger King, Harvey’s etc. Or you can go to Mr. Sub, Subway. Jimmy The Greek, coffee shop sandwiches, so many places don’t necessarily sell unhealthy foods.

Subway! You just have to make sure you pick out the right combination of meats/veggies. I love their subs though and they offer other sides that are a little healthier now (raisins, apples, etc). Enjoy!

Subway. You can even get apples now instead of chips and milk instead of soda/pop.

Probably Subway. They offer 6gm fat sandwiches and they have salads. Wendy’s has a good grilled chicken salad, as does duchess and mcdonald’s

Go to Subway…their 6 grams of fat or less subs are really tasty!
Or you could go to McDonalds and get a grilled chicken meal with a salad instead of fries.
Or if there’s a Tim Horton’s there you could get one of their soups or a wrap
Or get a baked potato from Arby’s, just don’t get one with lots of cheese and sour cream

I think that all fast food restaurants have some healthy items, but I think that Subway has the most healthy items on their menu.

Wendy’s has the best salads. Were not talking about a bowl of lettuce with a cherry tomato, but good fill you up salads. My favorite is the taco salad. They take a garden salad and serve it with chilli and a bag of tortilla chips. You can have sour cream if you want. Also they have baked potatos which are better than frys.

McDonalds have very good wraps, but not as good as your sandwich shops. Burger King in select markets has a vegie burger which is very good.

The snack wraps with grilled chicken at McD’s are healthy!!! Had the chipolte snack wrap today on my way home…. also salads, fruit and yogurt parfaits, and the fruit and walnut snack…oh, yeah, forgot about the apple dippers. Sonic is a good place as well. I should go there more than what I do! Love their chicken subs and now they have yogurt or other healthy sides in addition to the subs!

I think that Subway is the healthiest fast food restaurant, but to me, it’s not the best. To me, the best fast food restaurant is White Castle.

I wouldn’t consider Subway to be fast food like McDonald’s or Carls Jr. but when you go there make sure you order your subs on wheat or honey oat not Italian or hearty Italian because those are made of processed white flour.

You can have a healthy meal at Fatburger because they use 100% real beef to make their burgers and you can have your burger your way with fresh veggies, Sonic because they offer grilled chicken wraps, Carls Jr. because they have grilled chicken salads, Wendy’s because they have an array of salads to choose from and the baked potato might be ok but see if they can hold the cheese and sour cream because they are processed ingredients, McDonald’s because they have Paul Newman salads with Paul Newman’s all-natural salad dressing and grilled chicken wraps but have them hold the processed cheese, and InOut Burger because the burger is made of 100% real beef and the fries if you can tolerate the vegetable oil which is 100% natural. I can’t tolerate the vegetable oil. My stomach is very sensitive to oily food. By the way, InOut burger is located in: California, Arizona, and Nevada.

I wouldn’t recommend eating dessert at any of these places because the apples are conventional not organic meaning they are apples that have been sprayed with pesticides and the yogurt is full of sugar. Wait till you get home and have some fruit. Hopefully, you buy organic fruit.
