What should I order at fast food restaurants when on a diet?

just eat less of everything
dont eat till ur stomachs full compeltely
n avoid soft drinks
you can have the salads, just not alot of dressing.
sometimes they’ll have a grilled chicken burger, you can eat the chicken.
you can have a baked potato with nothing on it.
Try to get a salad as your main lunch and maybe if you just can’t go without it, fries. As long as you eat less than what you normally do (or eat less calories) you will lose weight.
Well it depends on what restraunts you work near but for the burger places get a smaller meal one with grilled chicken breast (not breaded) and instead of getting the super-size just get a small or medium drink with the fries or some other side you like (fries arent the healthiest thing in the world and have alot of calories so best to switch them out)

at a place like taco bell i think they just made a new menu called fresco which has lower calories and fat per serving so try the steak or chicken forms of those (I had one yesterday sooo tasty
And a 6 sub from quiznos or subway is always good just dont go for the extra ranch dressing and stuff like that.

i like to get a plain McChicken and a parfait from McDonalds. that isn’t too bad, little less than 400 calories.
subway is always a good choice, but you have to really cutt back on the sauces, they are loaded with calories.
almost every fast food place offers a salad, but you need to not use any, or very little dressing, and always get grilled chicken, but cutt it in half and save the other half for later.
dont eat at the fast food restaurant… every thing has a lot of fat to make it taste good… go to the grocery story and buy some breakfast bars.. the low cal kind.. and eat this instead.. no soda.. take water.. the kind you purify yourself.. in a one gallon container in the fridge.. this water tasts good you wont need soda or milk..
You can order whatever you’d like. But, watch what gets put on it, and watch how much of it you eat. If you want a burger, get a burger. But, on that burger, ask for little-to-no sauces/mayo/etc, and instead of the quarter-pounder, just get a ‘regular’ burger. If you get a salad, don’t eat it all. They put a lot of stuff on salads, which greatly increases the amount of calories. Things like croĆ»tons, noodles, and regular dressing can easily add a few HUNDRED calories.
A lot of fast food joints are offering healthier alternatives. For example, they’re offering grilled chicken (far less fat and calories than fried chicken), and offering a side of apples instead of fries.
And, if you can, stick to places like Subway. Their 6 subs have far less ‘junk’ to them than most burgers do, offer more nutrition, and are more filling.
One more thing you can do: Pack your lunch the night before. After you put the kids in bed, make yourself a sandwich and such; put it in the fridge so you can grab it on your way out in the morning. Make your lunch while you make theirs! It’ll save you calories and fat, time, AND money! If you have 5 minutes, you can make three lunches easily.
A salad, but COOL IT ON THE DRESSING!! All the calories are in the salad dressing. If you have your own lo-cal dressing you like, take it with you! Olive oil (Not too much) and Balsamic vineger (almost no calories) is the way to go. Never get Caesar’s salad dressing. It’s very fattening. Always order your dressing on the side. You can switch salads so it doesn’t get old.
