What are some fast food items I can eat in the first trimester?

I’m having a hard time eating, about the only things I can eat without getting sick are pink grapefruit and french fries. I used to eat healthy but it’s hard when you can’t keep food down! I’m also too tired to cook, what are some fast food alternatives that are palatable in the first trimester?

avoid fried foods cause they will make you sick…. eat small meals and eat frequently……… there are several things that you may love to eat but everything is different when you are pregnant!!

I was told by my doctor that if i was getting sick alot and couldnt keep anything down that eating anything even if its not the healthiest is better than not eating anything at all. Good luck!

I can never keep anything much down in the first trimester. One pregnancy I could keep Cantaloupe and starches down (bread etc) and popsicles. I had a healthy baby. The best thing to do is don’t stess about it. :) Your body can use the nutrition from before you had the baby to nourish the baby. You can also take child vitamins. They tend to stay down better than the adult vitamins. I don’t remember if my dr recommended like 3 or 4 of the Flinstones vitamins a day if I couldn’t keep down regular ones.

Just don’t eat junk food. Stick too eating healthy food.

Stay away from Fried and Oily things! I couldn’t even look at a frenchfry in the first trimester without wanting to throw up!
