What is your favorite fast food item that isn’t on the regular menu?

Some places have stuff that simply won’t fit on the menu like a 4X4 at InOut or the late great Homerun at Wendy’s (4 patty burgers). Some places have common twists that they do, like a double quarter pounder made like a big mac at McDonalds (replace the small big mac patties with the bigger patties, the price is the same as the double qtr but you get the big mac flavor). Or the Sourdough Jack and Breakfast Jack at Jack in the box. Ask them to put them together without the breakfast bun (for $.99 you get an egg, ham and cheese added to your burger). Or even your favorite Starbuck’s special like the Captain Crunch Frappacino (strawberry creme with a shot of toffee).
