How do I get the fast food smell out of my work clothes?

I work in fast food and I have to wash my two shirts several times a week. The smell of frying vegetable oil and meat seeps into my clothes, so that the shirts always smell like fries. I can’t wash my work clothes with anything else. I’d like to be able to find something that would help reduce the smell.

get a job at a dry cleaners.
Add a little baking soda to the wash…
With a college education.
Just add 1 cup of baking soda to your wash water and that should take care of the problem. You may need more for especially tough odors, but start with 1 cup.
Try peroxide, but don’t pour it directly on the clothes (it kills bacteria, and often odors, too). IOW, mix it [about 1/4 cup per
washload] in the water before you put in the clothes.

oxy clean and liquid fabric softener is what i used to use!
I use to use this stuff called simple green, it will take the grease spots off too.
Add 2/3 cup of Borax to the laundry. Unlike baking soda, it will not only remove the odor, but it will fight stains and release the grease that has floated in the air collecting to the fabric fibers.
Use more laundry detergent and liquid fabric softener.
