I was wondering, since fast food is fatty that if u ate say, one burger a day and thats all. Wouldn’t that be enough to keep you less hungry throughout the rest of the day and not eat anything else, so u actually wind up losing wieght and becoming leaner?

No, some burgers for example a whopper has more calories than what you should eat in a day. Lets also not forget that it is loaded with fat!!! its better to eat 3meals and them be healthy. splurging every once in a while is not bad but eating a hamburger a day is bad haven’t u watched that documentary about the guy who does eat the hamburger every day and gains tons of weight and decreases his health.
yea u can lose weight by doing this
but really not healthy at all
