So I’ve been on the road a lot lately, making it pretty impossible to eat anything remotely nutritious. I started to feel terrible! I never realized how crappy fast food and junk can make you feel if you eat enough of it. My question is directed at those who live on it. Don’t you get tired of it? Doesn’t it take a toll on you? I don’t know about the rest of you, but I NEED my fruits and veggies.
