Are there any softwares for this? Do I need one?

I know you have heard or read about kids who became fat from eating fast food and wanted to sue those companies. I seen in a health book commerical, a fact, in the book, they DO so. Do you believe it? I do remember how Mcdonalds and Burger King use to fill me up when I was a kid and a young adult. Now, I have to eat more to do so(ex. Taco Bell’s commerical). Krystal Burger King tastes so bad, I cannot eat it anymore(all that bad foreign meat). Your thoughts.
